“I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. Terrible for a hotel experience.”

“While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. ”

“Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the stay and a very comfortable, clean and well presented room. Loved the power shower and the complimentary luxury toiletries! We dined in the restaurant and the food was well presented and delicious. A special mention for Ethan, the excellent barman and waiter.”

“一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店”

“方便，整潔，近購物中心，整體十分滿意，唯是沒有停車場，要泊其他地方停車場或泊後街路邊收費停車位，下次再到利物浦市會再入住。”

“Convenience, location is good , opposit is liverpool lime station. Service is ok but no water and sleeper provided. Toilet flash not functioning well ”

“I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening. Doesn't seem much point to me in……
