“Our stay was perfect all the time. The staff is extremely friendly and became our tour guide introducing taiping tourist attractions. Will certainly come back to stay again after this.”

“The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good. However a few things need to be done to make it a better stay. Firstly, there was dust at all the window frames and on the fans - my sister who was allergic to dust sneezed throughout the stay. There was no water heater in both the bathrooms at the house - this was not an issue for my family, but it would have been much more comfortable if……

“Easy street parking as the block of shop lots were mainly empty. The room we were given had no windows and there is no lift, the stairs were uneven so you need to take care. I found the bed uncomfortable and it was noisy (poor soundproofing)but otherwise, given the price, it is good value. You will need transport to get into Taiping as it is on the outskirts of the town. ”

“Nice hotel. Bit away from the centre. So best if you have a car or use taxis. Saying that there is a good food hall next to the hotel. As well as bars and cafes. Together with a near by shopping centre. Staff are super friendly and helpful. So yes I can recommend this hotel. ”

“酒店不錯，係廁所近走廊位有水會太滑，妹妹幫小孩洗澡後，一走出來就滑倒了 😨。枕頭有邋遢。第二日食早餐，得我們一家人，去到餐廳搵唔到人，見到員工了，佢超級懶，完全唔睇唔問，之後我們問佢攞Baby chair，佢攞一張超級邋遢的俾我們，有塵有食物唔抹乾淨就走了 😡。”

“just a few equipment in the room. the water cups were very dirty that i wonder if they have ever cleaned it or not. originally i have high expectation to this villa but i was disappointed.”

“The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. ”

“櫃台只有早上11點到晚上7點才有服務人員，訂了有早餐的房型，早上到餐廳完全沒人。退房時，還要等到服務人員來上班才找得到人，尋問了櫃台人員，我訂房是有預定早餐的，為什麼餐廳沒早餐？服務人員很不耐煩的回答說，我們是沒早餐的，如果有問題請你自己問Hotels.com 。快三千台幣一晚的價格，這樣的房間和服務完全不值得”

“Love the pool and the close proximity to the Lake Garden. Having the ironing board in the room is so helpful. The hotel looks tired inside and out. However, it is comfortable and reasonably clean. Will consider it again in the future.”
