“We chose this property for our annual family gathering. As a point of reference, last year we rented a home in the Four Seasons in Punta Mita and in many respects this was superior. Let me start with the staff. They were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The food was great, varied and timely. The home was exactly as described and very comfortable. And Ivy, the owner could not have been more helpful to me, my wife and our four adult children. Two things to note. We used the recommended……

“We were excited to stay here but it felt very disappointing. At first, the entrance and parking were so hard to find. Then they didn’t know we were arriving. The very nice and polite young lady called the owner while we waited. We were offered a beverage (recommended by her) which we gratefully accepted. We knew there was a welcome drink provided and really, for the delay we should have been provided one. But surprisingly we were charged with the explanation that she was new, our room was……

“Property was well kept albeit a bit simple, but a good value for the price. Food is ordinary, but ok for a short stay. 10-15 min taxi from the cruise port. Not near the beaches, so if that's your thing, look elsewhere. Also helps to be bilingual .”
