“As soon as we arrived and so the room that they provided, which is not the room I booked, we immediately went out in search of a different place to stay. The room they provided is ok at the most but the facilities is so dirty inclusing the bathroom, and the building itslef seems rickety and falling apart. It is even more expensive than the better accommodations we found.”

“Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms……

“The location is close to the port going to hundred islands. The accordion type bathroom door in our room is an afterthought in design and usefulness. Your knees touches the door when you sit on the bowl.”

“This was the worst experience of my life! First off there was no address to this place on the site. The picture was the bedroom. After driving 7 hours we get there and could not find the place as there was no street name or unit number. We called the phone number twice and no one answered. Google maps car led us to another resort,not San Juan Apartments. A kind man at a Tourist information kiosk said that there were many San Juan Apartments in Urbiztondo and we needed a unit number and street……
