“The hotel is relaxing with beautiful garden view under sunshine and near the sea. Sunrise can be seen. Bintan's temperature is comfortable without high humidity though it set by the sea. Garden room is recommended as there are garden view is impressive. Hotel's staff is excellent. They have much smile really from the heart. Some have strong memory remembering what room number we are. Some help us actively. The only disadvantage is there are quite a lot ants in room but it is acceptable as……

“Beautiful spacious property (President’s villa). The second room did not have a place to hang clothes though. The food at the only restaurant open could have been better. But the stunning sunrises over the seabed and expansive views of the ocean more than made up for these flaws. The view from my villa’s pool and the humongous bathroom was just amazing and the main reason I chose this sea-facing accommodation. ”

“Everything is excellent, we have enjoyed our stay as we like the quietness and the friendly staffs. It will be great if there is free hotel mini bus or transport provided between hotel and ferry terminal. The snookering recommended by hotel is nice, their staffs are really helpful and friendly. I will give them a thumbs up. Overall, it’s a great trip. ”

“The staff are super friendly and helpful, food is very good and well priced, my partner took a massage and really enjoyed it, the beach is lovely and it is very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation itself is very basic, but that’s ok as long as you are aware of it. Main disadvantage for me is that toilet is outside the hut and only has cold water for showering. A solar powered water heater would be an ecofriendly option if maybe they want to upgrade at some point. Our bathroom door didn’t……
