“My family and I stayed at this pinecrest retreat during our snow trip. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The stairs were interesting to navigate with a 2 year old toddler and two older grandparents, but it was doable. Heating consists of wall units and a fireplace. It was walking distance to Leland snowplay. No wifi was refreshing as it allowed us to unplug and spend quality time together. There were plenty of movies available for us to watch. The renters were very responsive and even helped……

“My husband + teen + 2 tweens enjoyed our stay at this cabin for family bonding during their winter break. We did not expect all the boardgames, streaming tv options & thorough kitchen amenities. There was even fresh marshmallows to add to our cocoa. I appreciated that we didn’t have to run out to get more trash bags or dishwashing soap (the basics one doesn’t pack but needs). “We stayed at this property over the Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for my family. The master bedroom downstairs with large master bath was great for my parents who have trouble with stairs. The upstairs bedroom with bunk beds was a hit with my two boys. And there was a pack-n-play that came in very handy for naptime for my brother’s little infant. “Each time we have visited we have been so happy with how well this cabin is stocked. We cook every night and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cutlery and knives. Some essentials are always there as well. Everything is clean and it all makes for a great stay. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“For the off season visitor this may not be the place to stay. There weren't a lot of staff around. There was nothing open, no restaurants or shops. Drive carefully as there are a lot of potholes. The room we stayed in was dated. On the plus side it was not crowded and very quiet. There was one other occupant on the we floor. And pretty no one was around.
