“Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)”

“My friend and I had a wonderful relaxing week in the woods. The cottage was clean and cozy. Someone was there to meet me when I arrived to be sure I had everything I needed. It was quit chilly this week, but we used the little space heater to keep warm. There is a big wood stove, but we didn’t use it. We love kayaking everyday and exploring fun things to do in the area. The lake is so beautiful and clear for swimming and kayaking, and no one was using the shared beach, but us! We loved rail……

“Our group had a really lovely time staying on the lake. The view, the ability to take a boat out in the morning, and a dip in the afternoon... a delight! It's a little more rustic indoors, so be prepared to bring things like olive oil, or pepper, if you're planning on cooking. And linens aren't included. But beyond that, the VHS collection was very fun, and the grill and fire pit were also a great way to spend the evening. Thank you to Robb for a wonderful long weekend!”

“We were spending time in Saratoga and found this very reasonably priced cottage about 30 minutes away. The one-bedroom cottage was set about 100 yards from the owner's main residence. “We arrived to the property by way of country roads, quaint towns, and breath taking views of the lake. Once there we enjoyed all the property had to offer. “The location is very nice on a small clean lake. The deck overlooking the lake is the best feature of the cabin. The kitchen counter space is tiny and made meal prep for a group of 5 women difficult. The gas grill should have a cover to protect it from the rain and the automatic starter did not work. We did find a lighter to start it. The bathroom is very far from the bedrooms which are upstairs which was an issue for some of us at night. Also we needed to use the sleeper sofas in the living……

“Michael was the best host! The house was so lovely and right by activities. We rented a boat a short drive away, had delicious food at the pub, and hung out at the beach! Michael was so responsive and any issue we had was assisted with immediately. He was very communicative leading up to the stay as well. The owner and staff were easily accessable when we had a question. Really enjoyed this place....it was reminiscent of our long since sold childhood Adirondack cottage! “My family and some friends stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding down the street at Juniper Springs Barn. The cabin was in great condition and exactly as listed.
