“Very good hotel ”

“简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 ”

“Wir waren Mitte April 2024 für 7 Nächte im Comfort Suites Maingate East (Disney World Besuch). Die Lage war für uns zufriedenstellend (gratis Parken gleich vor dem Eingang). Leider ist der Lärm des gegenüberliegenden "Old Town" in der Nacht schon sehr störend. Von außen ein schönes Hotel, innen wäre eine Renovierung schon dringend fällig. Wir hatten eine 40 m2 große Suite mit 2 Queensize-Betten, Wohn- und Essbereich, Miniküchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Mikro, Kaffeemaschine - in der Lobby gibts aber……

“The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. Breakfast Included and Conditions for Serving Breakfast”

“性价比很高。公园玩累了在酒店休整一下也很舒服。泳池很棒。酒店有shuttle去迪士尼，但时间固定比较受限。打Lyft去迪士尼十块钱左右，比自己开车去方便很多。”

“Basic motel room ”

“It was beyond my expectations. The only3 things were the noise from people playing music, the hard water and the charge of resort fees when I haven’t seen a single lifeguard on duty.”

“Our freezer didnt work and fridge was not working well. We had no icemaker working and no water from the fridge. Otherwise very nice unit and place. Comfy clean and large unit!! Front desk i called regarding the freezer issue and was promised will chek It out but no one came”

“Great spot! You can Uber to Disney back and forth from your room and it’s the same or less than parking. Host was super nice and accommodating we needed up extending our stay. Room had everything you need and we never had any issues. ”
