"The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared."

We enjoyed the massage chair in the master bedroom, the first floor fitness room, the security of the building, and the quiet at nights. "I'm a seminary student, and I came into town for an intensive class. So, I was really only in the space in the evenings, but it was comfy. The location is amazing!!! The studio apartment was decently clean. The projector is VERY cool. There were a few details I could not find instructions for, like where to take the garbage out when I was on my way out. But I left a message for the owner and they were good about it. I would stay again. Recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks at this home in Evanston! Great location with a GARAGE and LAUNDRY room (which is hard to find at this price point in the area). Close walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, post office, and downtown mom & pop shops. About 30 minutes from downtown Chicago (without traffic) and 25 minutes to Niles.
