老挝的家庭旅馆

“The staff is helpful and cheerful. When I get hurt during the New Year, no Tuk Tuk can be called. The boss of hostel drives me to the hospital and wait me for over half hour. The environment is clean and quiet. You can see the reality of monks just in front of the guesthouse, comparing with the "tourist" monks in French area. But the hotel is in the another side of the river. Bamboo bridge is built during the dry season but it charges 5000K for go-and-back per person. If you stay 4 days,……

“Awesome experience, the owners are amazing people and really go out of their way to take care of you. I showed up after having a motorbike crash earlier in the day and they really went out of their way to make sure that i was taken care of. Would highly recommend anyone staying here. The house is beautiful and the rooms are nice, everything was clean amd the breakfasts were amazing.”

The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful with several different things. He probably saved us some serious headache by telling us not to park our rented motorbikes outside unattended over night. “Der Servicegedanke ist hier im Hotel nicht angekommen. Ich habe 3 mal gebeten das Zimmer zu machen und Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen. Nach dem dritten mal hat das erst funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage bewegte sich, lühlte aber nicht. Das Frühstück war nicht mein Geschmack aber das ist subjektiv. Die balkontür ließ sich nicht von außen öffnen sodass ich ausgeschlosse auf dem Balkon saß. Die Einrichtung ist alt aber für den Preis ok. Es gibt dort keine Getränke zu kaufen wie in den benachbarten……

“Arrivée pourtant avant 18 heures, cet établissement n'a pas tenu compte de ma réservation de 4 nuits. Je n'ai obtenu aucune explication à cette surprenante annulation et cela malgré un courriel rédigé le soir même au directeur de cet hotel. Remboursement en dollars et en kips au lieu de l'euro. Frais de dossier de e-bookers/expedia non remboursé. Au vu des tableaux d'offre de services proposés trop bien visibles (tuk-tuk pour aéroport, chute de Kuang Si, billets de train..), cet hotel semble……
