“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes……

“Die Unterkunft von Roy und Daniela ist außergewöhnlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem waren alle Familienmitglieder vollauf zufrieden!”

“Super Aussicht, relativ klein. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war total durchgelegen soll aber nächsten Monat ausgetauscht werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären schön es folgen ziemlich viele Mücken herum.”

“Unsere Zeit in dieser Ferienunterkunft war schlichtweg fantastisch! Die Terrasse bot einen unglaublichen Blick über den Lago Maggiore, der uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue verzauberte. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten, und dazu auch noch makellos sauber. Perfekte Lage. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt Maria, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art empfangen hat und uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv……

“Amazing view on lake. Nice flat and terrace. About 10min from the city, located on the hill. Lots of things to discover around including the islands on the lake. Some issue with the tub but it has been improved during our stay.”

“Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles, was man für ein paar Tage im Urlaub braucht! Da Premeno in den Bergen liegt, was es dort immer etwas kühler als direkt am See. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung hat zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber sie war ursprünglich mal ein Gewölbekeller. Daher waren die Temperaturen auch bei 38° sehr erträglich! Marcello ist ein toller Vermieter, der immer einen Ratschlag hat und Fragen beantwortet. Zudem ist er sehr unkompliziert, weshalb……

“Die FeWo ist süß, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war sie abgelegene vom nächsten Dorf, ohne Auto also kein Restaurant erreichbar. Wer das will, ist hier richtig.”

“Nonostante una scalinata fastidiosa per salire, il panorama è uno spettacolo. Casa un po vetusta ma ampia per una famiglia di 6 persone. Immenso giardino per approfittare della vista intanto che i bambini giocano! Da consigliare”

“The apartment is clean and spacious, at 6’3 I was worried that I would be constantly ducking to get about but it wasn’t like that at all. Gianni and Danna were both very friendly and their garden is extremely peaceful. The walk up to Monte Faie from the end of their road was spectacular and the cascade at rovegro is also worth a visit”
