“It was very clean and quiet. I was surprised because I thought we would hear the planes at night but I slept great. Good soundproofing-could not hear other guests. Property managers were nice and even carried our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and we were on top floor 48 steps but it was not too difficult. Just be aware if you cannot do stairs. Good security. Very close to Balboa park. When we got there, it took a while for a/c to come on but then it worked fine.”

“Property has a great location. The place made for a good stay. The bed in the bedroom alone droops in the middle bad like a taco, but the bedding was clean and we slept alright, just woke up smooshed to each other. There was sand all over the coffee table and floor, but maybe that's to be expected that close to the beach. It rained pretty hard while we were there and the bedroom with 2 beds in it got some water in it, not sure how, the windows were closed. Over place made for a good quick……

“We loved staying here. We were able to check in a little early. When we checked in though, there were a few things that weren’t clean, but were easy enough to clean on our own though. I don’t know if it was because we rushed the cleaners or if they just forgot those few things. Jimmy, the owner, was excellent to communicate with us. The only real problem was the pull out sofa. It was very small and not very comfortable or clean. But we just went to Target and grabbed an air bed. Just make sure……

“Small but pretty neat studio in walking distance to so many things Sam Diego has to offer (restaurants, waterfront, public transit, bus tours, etc). Getting there I was worried about traffic noise right outside the door but it totally died down after 10pm and I slept great!”
