“I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.”

“Great location, 12 min walk to the convention center. Lots of local food and entertainment within walking distance. Parking spot is very very tight. Clean and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Scott”

“Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new……

“House was beautiful inside. Plenty of space for 3 adults. I could comfortably fit my four children and husband for a few days. Parked right in front of the house. The keypad wasn’t ready, but fixed as soon as I called. This visit was for three moms getting away for a night. We enjoyed good restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The highlight was relaxing in the cozy house enjoying each other’s company!”

“Nice place in a good location. If there are neighbors in the other side of the duplex, you will hear them. Door code provided initially did not work. Contacted management through Vrbo app and they responded with the correct code within 15 minutes.”

“We were in Columbus for a week long youth horse show at the fairgrounds. It was nice to be able to go "home" after a long day at the show. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with the owner/property manager was a breeze!”

“The location is good and the host is great! Clean place and easy to check in and out. Just be wary if you’re a light sleeper - the apartment is almost directly above a night club. Ear plugs were provided which was nice!”

“The only downfall was that the pool was closed at certain times due to 2 weddings. Understandable but awkward for those wanting to swim. Would have been nice to know before booking due to us wanting to swim in the evenings. We stayed 3 nights. ”
