“The host is very pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. The property is very clean and comfortable. There were some chocolates left out for us, a few bottles of water in the fridge and protein bars at the coffee bar. Very accommodating.”

“Looks like the pics. Not far from the highway and seemed a quick 45 mins drive to Navy Pier and other downtown Chicago fun things to do. We loved the art and aesthetic all over the townhouse. The host was great at communication and even left water bottles and snacks as a super nice touch. The couch is super comfy too. We felt safe where we were and had a lovely stay for a spring break trip.”

“The property is very well kept and close to restaurants, a major highway leading into Downtown, and just about everything you'd need within a 5-minute car ride. The room was nice and clean and didn't feel as though in room amenities were spared. The kids spent time in the (chilly) pool and just hung out in the room. The only disappointment was with the front desk asking my (admittedly small) teen if he needed help as he strolled around in the lobby waiting for a friend's arrival. He answered……

“Staff so nice and professional. Room nice and clean. Bed was so comfy! I will be returning in July and wish I hadn’t booked another hotel months ago. Would most definitely stay here! I had a room at the end of a hall and I preferred this as well. Breakfast was delicious. I had a biscuit with gravy and scrambled eggs. I peeked at everything else. Really should have tried those warm cinnamon rolls! Something for everyone here! I’ve never reviewed a hotel in my 60 plus years but this deserved one. ”

“Nice hotel pool is nice. Front desk was super friendly I believe at night they might have security guard. He was super friendly, even made sure every time to greet excellent only thing is that in the middle of the night my room was so hot and the air was not working properly, but I did not feel like having to call anyone so I just dealt with it. ”
