“We had a great time , getting the room was last minute due to my grandmother had a stroke. Staff was pleasant we had a ocean front room the veiw was beautiful and it most certainly helped me relax”

“It was a decent stay and some of the staff were friendly and helpful but one asian woman that was working the front desk didn't seem to want to help at all and seemed annoyed to even talk but other than that the rest was good. The pool and gym were adequate and the pricing wasn't so bad. The rooms were good enough for a short stay but they didn't seem to clean them enough since we found some dust in the window area near the Ac, also the house keepers never came to tidy our room and replenish it……

“This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad.……

“We really liked staying here! It was SO close to the beach & also to a trolley stop. The house was so cute, very clean & modern inside. It looks way better inside than outside. One complaint I have is that the door is opened by a lock code/keypad. Once you’re inside, there are 2 locks you can turn but they don’t lock the door from the inside. This was an issue with small kids because there really isn’t a way to lock in. The kids can just turn the handle & the door opens up. It’s a little scary……

“I was visiting Sarasota/ Siesta Key to see family and found this lovely place to make things convenient for everyone & I am so very glad I did. The wildlife, El Toro Bravo, Trader Joe's, Mellow Mushroom, Sunday drum circle at sunset, Oscar Sherer State Park, Sarasota Village (Gidgets, Orange Octopus, Casa Smeralda, the Roman organic Gelato place to name a few of the fabulous places), beaches, etc. made this a wonderful stay in this area. This cottage was like a relaxing & welcoming place to go……
