My initial reaction to this property was positive. The room was spacious and clean. But while getting ready for bed, I discovered a lone bed bug crawling across one of my pillows. I caught and killed it and began inspecting the room for more. I didn't find any, but on the grounds that where there is one, there are more, I reported it to the on-duty manager and requested a refund, I was offered another room in the hotel, but I wasn't comfortable staying in the facility. I was offered a refund on the remaining nights on my reservation, but not on the first night. I guess I need to take that up with Expedia or the Hotel chain.
