“I booked this as an overnight in the middle of a drive for a business meeting. In some ways, it really exceeded my expectations. In other ways, it fell short. “It’s an older building, but it’s clean and safe. We were there for the 4/8/2024 eclipse and the Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum was an easy walk and a great place to watch it. Perfect no-frills hotel for a quick visit. Be aware, the breakfast options are minimal ”

“Site is physically relaxing and enjoyable. Water is from a well, and is run through softening. It smells like rotten eggs...pervasively and potently. So much so that it was unbearable and overwhelming. We had to use the shower house on site. The property manager simply said, 'well, that's well water. We just have to get used to it" Also, when we got into the unit, it smelled horribly of propane. Maintenance man shut off the propane to the unit, which ran the stove and the furnace. We were……

“There was a minor communication issue where Verbo failed to notify the property owner of the rental but once the property owner was notified of our arrival she was more than accommodating. The accommodations were clean and very inviting. Memory beds were very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area to book this property. It was a great experience.”
