“Stayed here with my husband and our two kids (2yrs & 2mo). It was a great place to be able to access the beach easily have a place to call 'home' while on our trip. They provided plenty of pillows and blankets which was nice. The space is a bit of a tight fit especially since the second bed is the pullout couch in the middle of the living area which is already a little packed with furniture. But everything worked out well and you really can't beat the location.”

“The overall stay was ok but noisy road. Many restaurants & bars either direction. Being senior citizens we knew there was not an elevator but got tired of the stairs. Wish there had been a washer & dryer onsite. We spent 12 nights there & they didn't leave any windex to clean windows that was disappointing. Probably won't stay there again even tho the price was ok.”

“A friend and I went down for a couple nights to just have a little girls getaway. This location was absolutely perfect! The views of the beach were breathtaking, we were able to watch the sunset from the balcony. The hot tub was up and running. The homeless adequately stocked with anything we needed. They only feedback is I try to find out what kind of coffee pot was in the home before our trip so I knew which type of coffee to bring (pods or ground coffee) and I never got a response so I ended……

“Everything was just wonderful! My complaint is about your cupboards slamming. You really need to put felt pads on them. They slam shut as they are. It would be nice not to wake up the people Nextdoor and overhead.”

“First, the location is perfect for Highway 101 exploring. The condo itself is absolutely as advertised! Bed was comfortable, furnishings were in good condition and the overall condition of the condo was very good. In fact, one of the best vacation rentals yet! The entire place has been updated and has everything needed for a great stay. Saving the best for last... THAT VIEW! Like having a balcony room on a cruise ship! “Very nice and clean property. Wonderful view from the second floor.Took my 87 year old mother to see the ocean one more time. Easy access from underground garage to elevator. Murphy bed worked great so my brother could come along. Saw whale spouts and fishing boats and a container ship cross the horizon. The last night watched the sun burn into the ocean. AMAZING!”

“My friend and I are 80 years old and we've been going on retreat for 40 years where we do art work, walk, and have fun. My biggest problem was the stairs and all the art material we brought. The back stairs worked better. The heating was old and was either off or on.”
