“I am a very clean and picky person. I bring lysol wipes with me everywhere I go and rewash dishes. But, this was one CLEAN house. Blew my expectations out of the water in many ways. My one and only complaint was dust in the vents but that is only due to an allergy. This house is absolutely adorable and in the perfect location. “This was probably my favorite stay in a rental property yet! I’ve been in a bunch this far! It was so comfortable and CLEAN! The sheets, towels and even throw blankets were so clean and nicely prepared for us ! As soon as we walked through the door it smelled so good. John’s communication was above average and I appreciate how welcomed and personalized this experience felt ! Definitely recommended and I hope to return for another trip. “This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has an awesome view of Lake Erie out the back window. The condo is clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location is very convenient to Port Clinton and adjacent activities. We had an awesome time.”

“Had a wonderful stay over memorial day weekend . The location was perfect for walking to town or scooters ice cream, as well as being just far enough off the .ain street to be quiet.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, due to the recent renovation, the public area is not very clean. There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work. I set it to 75 degree but the temperature is still 61. ”

“The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again.”
