"Everything was immaculately clean. The area is beautiful. Reservation and check-in went very smoothly. I highly recommend. My only concern is that the distance from the tent to the parking and the bathroom facilities was not communicated clearly. I am moderately fit and, for me, it was a 7-minute walk (including a short but steep hill) from the closest parking to the tent. And the bathroom was 3-4 minutes beyond that. There is no water source at the tent. Just FYI. "

"Got there Monday to no TV. Read the book and it said to use the washer/dryer at your own risk. Tuesday, the kitchen sink started leaking and I called Trevor and Amanda. I left them a voicemail and never heard back from them. Wednesday, the ceiling started leaking water on the floor. At this point, I was done. I contacted hotels.com and they to tried getting in contact sign the property and couldn’t. I’m currently trying to get my money back. Don’t waste your money here "

"Myself and two friends were in Lyman, NH for a wedding at Ogontz Rustic Lodge. Orgontz was too rustic and didn't feel like sleeping in a screened in porch and have to use communal bathrooms and showers. The Cabin is exactly one mile from the Ogontz Lodge. Perfect location. "Great time and great accommodations. We had beautiful weather and a porch to enjoy it on. No complaints! Some observations: cleaning service there till 3:25pm, mosquitos pushed us off porch at dusk, trash barrel was full and made difficult to add too without attracting wildlife, something I think you’re trying to avoid.
