“First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. The bedroom closets were filled with……

“Two of us stayed here with our dog and the top floor was spacious enough that we didn't even use the basement. The house was well supplied, and the hot tub was in great condition (not always our experience with house rentals). We really enjoyed the neighborhood as well - very walk friendly with good sidewalks, but also within a mile of shops and restaurants. We would love to come back again when the pool is open.”

“We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere the house provided. Also a happy surprise that was unmentioned in the listing was the basket of old books and toys in the basement, our boys loved curling up on the couch in the little downtime we had to read Dr. Seuss books.”

“The boathouse is directly over the water. Opening the windows created a relaxing breeze with the lapping sound of the water. Beautiful property. Modern decor and clean! We didn’t take advantage of the fire pit by the water due to high winds. We were able to see a bit of the northern lights! I would recommend this place. The owners are friendly and accommodating.”
