“We were here for a Reds game, we live about 40miles away but decided to make a weekend of it. Had a great time this is our first time staying here. The price is higher than the other hotels in the area. And you're not getting anything more than you can get from the surrounding hotels. It is a slight bit more convenient but that is about it. The hotel itself is nice and clean the staff was nice and valet was fast.”

“The staff at Starbucks was okay. We were not able to sit at the lobby where the Starbucks was because the food was not eat in. We purchased our food to go. It didn’t make sense and they asked us to leave. Plus I couldn’t use my Starbucks giftcard. ”

“All employees was nice .. only issue I had was at midnight I asked for some dry cereal for my 3yr old autistic granddaughter cause she wouldn’t eat anything an they told me no , we had to wait till breakfast.. other than that it was nice clean an everyone else friendly an went above an beyond ”

“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”
