“Our big group of 22 had an amazing time at this property on New Year's Eve! Everything listed in the description was accounted for, the house was clean when we showed up, and there was more than enough room for parking. Sali was also great with communication prior to our arrival and during our stay if we had any questions. The only thing we were unaware of was the house uses well water so there is a bit of a lingering smell. Other than that, this is a great property for a large gathering of……

“We stayed 1 night my son was playing baseball in Dorchester the room was smaller but clean linoleum flooring was different but bed was comfortable only complaint was I was woken up at night by someone talking in another room which was shocking you think a hotel would have better insulated walls to stop this I had to turn on a/c to drain out the talking . If your a light sleeper think twice about staying here. ”

“Hotel was situated near to Victoria Park about a ten minute walk and across from Victoria Park was the Centennial Hall, which was perfect because my event was there. $7 dollars to get a cab from or to the train station.”
