"The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating."

"This was a great option for a quick trip to DC with my father. The space was clean and spacious and the pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to other's I've stayed on. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station, but found that an Uber across the river to the downtown area was only around $12. Would recommend this space."

"The flat was beautifully decorated, and all of the necessities plus many extras were provided by our host Laurence. We particularly appreciated the white noise machine, although it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood anyway, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. Drip coffee was available too, plus a nice selection of herbal and traditional teabags. Our host left us a nice welcome snack, too. There are a few stairs, which was absolutely fine for us. "The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip"

Super basic accommodations inside the condos, the owner does not appear to live or stay in these. No washcloths, 1 hand towel, very limited cooking utensils, pots, pans, no broom, limited seating, end tables, etc. It was nice that a few laundry and dishwasher pods were provided. "I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again."
