"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"Stayed for one day. The room was so nice I was staying longer but I was outdoors most of the time that I didn't get the chance to appreciate. The staff at reception were top notch. Very pleasant, very accomodsting, very professional. Room clean. Had everything I neede. The room was much larger than most rooms that I've had. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Wien Bahnhof Station. Not the 'West' Bahnhof Station. That's a completely different area. I made that mistske myself but...

Location was that the station of U1 and U4 metro was nearby and we can go central station, Schonbruun Place and etc. directly. St. Stephan’s cathedral and shopping area is next station. Also we can walk and it takes about 15min. But Hotel area is quite. I really recommend this hotel."
