“Air conditioner is a lifesaver for the July heat. The operation instruction of the A/C is not in an obvious place - had to message management company to get it to work for the second night, but they were responsive.”

“Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von der Innenstadt Luganos mit seiner Promenade. Der Hausherr wohnt direkt drüber, und ist sehr freundlich. Spaghetti, Nudeln und Soßen dazu gab es! Was bei den Restaurant Preisen in Lugano sehr von Vorteil ist. Alles in allem ist es eine sehr saubere und komfortable Wohnung mit allem Equipment saß man braucht.”

“Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. The village has a charming church, shops, many ancient houses, a few hotels, and a large swimming pool open to the public. Nearby are hiking trails in all directions. It is perfect for a family vacation.”

“Wir sind immer froh, wenn diese Wohnung für unsere Familienbesuche frei ist. Funktionell, sauber, zwei Badezimmer und eine wunderschöne Sicht auf Lugano vom Balkon. Wir haben netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, immer für uns da, was will man mehr ?”

“Need to check all aspects of the package are met Wifi not working after a trip to the office sorted by a dongle No tv working, not worried as we were ou and about but a family in wet weather would. The tv satellite box was in a box with no attempt to get it wired up”

“Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. It has a TV, it's like 15". No use. It……

“A very sweet apartment. It has a lovely outside patio. Sadly our rainy weather did let us make use of it. My only suggestion is to have a booklet for guests explaining how the Wi-Fi, coffee pot, stove etc works. (And a little TLC all around)!”

“Appartamento buono.... no zanzariere no aria condizionata...il parcheggio con posto privato all'aperto ...a pochi minuti a piedi stai al centro... al lido ....a lago....negozio alimentare a 1 km .....”

“Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!”

“Location outstanding. Very clean. Bedding not as described, 2 pull out couches not actual bed. Comfortable enough for a few night but no third bed as listed. Entrance to building was literally in the street so yup had to run across 2 lanes of traffic to enter the building one at a time. We were fine to do it but anyone that may not to quick on their feet may be scared. The view was amazing. Kitchen pretty stacked with cups, utensils, plates and such. Biggest disappointment was the washer and……

“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes……

“飯店位置非常優秀，走去湖邊坐船、去車站坐火車都非常方便，飯店附近的老城區，尤其在晚上，氛圍非常熱鬧浪漫，飯店的位置和環境一流。早餐普通、以付的房費而言，房間空間實在太小，而且有廁所管道的味道，浴室沒有抽風機，房價略微潮濕。飯店的服務人員都非常熱情友好。如果選擇住在這裡，記得由火車站的第11-12月台旁，搭下山纜車，終站就是飯店，抵達前和飯店要Ticino 票，住宿期間往來車站可以免費搭乘。從車站前往飯店，一路都是階梯，拿著大行李簡直不可能。也建議飯店主動和飯店guests 提供資訊和車票。我們是在當地人幫忙下，才找到下山纜車的搭車地點。”
