“Pros: modern clean hotel adjacent to a shopping mall. Very friendly and courteous staff on reception, good sized rooms with massive bed. Cons: it’s pretty obvious that this hotel forms part of an office block and therefore the communal areas are very “officey”. Not very easy to work out where the actual hotel entrance is from a drivers point of view although once found, parking was excellent (and free).”

“I stayed overnight at CrossBasket Castle with my boyfriend as he received a generous voucher for the Michel Roux Jr tasting menu.
