“Not often in life do you get to stay in a property of this quality in such a special location. The weather was almost perfect and we enjoyed two super weeks exploring Arco Da Calheta and Madeira. The pool and pool area at Casa Das Flores are amazing, we used the pool every day. The villa has everything you need come rain or shine. Access to walks and shops/bars from the door also a bonus. Our only critique was the noise from locals who appeared to be racing their cars at night near the property.……

Près des super marché des petits ports de pêche des petits villages typiques et par la route tout se fait facilement ! Il faut avoir une voiture !”

“The house is beautiful. The pool area is an amazing place to take in the views, sunsets and relax. The directions and accompanying literature provided by the host are very informative and answered all of our questions about using the house amenities. Highly recommend taking advantage of the bakery delivery truck that drives past every morning at ~9:15. There is a nespresso machine and drip/filter coffee maker for caffeine needs. If we’re ever back in Madeira, we will hope to stay here again.……

“The villa was clean , spacious and everything available for in home cooking . We loved the pool- good size . It also had a great view of the ocean and the airport in the distance . “Beautiful property we had a wonderful stay. We were meet by property manager who went through everything with us. We were 7 adults and 4 children. It was a perfect home for the bigger kids had a pool table and pool. Close to all, easy to access freeway. Garage parking for 3 cars was perfect. I would just make sure to request more bath towels and toilet paper before arrival.”

“The location is great, on walking distance from the harbour and main restaurant/shopping streets in Funchal. The house and its garden are absolutely wonderful, very calm, providing both sun and shade. The garden is very well-kept and we all enjoyed the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is no parking place on the property but this was not a problem at all.
