“Staying at this place was ok. The quality of some of the guests left me nervous of my surroundings but I was able to double lock myself in. Though I had to fight with my door and lift it to get the door locked I was able. My keys didn’t want to work half the time either but the customer service I received from that was great. Cleanliness left me a bit squirmy. I put on a brand new pair of white spa socks and a walk across the room and back they were black on the bottom. The TV had a line……

“We stayed at Breakwater in October 2023 with two young families. The apartment is well stocked and worked well for two couples with three kids under 4. Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive.
