Bel appartement tres lumineux , propre , tres bien équipé avec une vraie cuisine , salle de bain et chambre 50 m2 ideal pour 2 , acceptable pour 4 , mais certainement moins confortable . “Newly renovated apartment with Ikea kitchen and sppliances. Very quiet building with renovated public areas within. WiFi signal is limited just to the living room, a repeater or mesh would be nice so it can reach the bedroom. The place is managed by Solaga who also runs two other apartments in the building.”

“We really enjoyed our trip, our host very kindly gave us some tips on places to visit given our length of stay. Loved the market and the park and lunch at the marina. The flat was very clean and the location just right for us. Very close to the buzz of the town, but nice and quiet in the evenings. The location of the bedroom at the back also helped. Thank you”

“Huoneisto oli aivan meren rannalla. Pieni parveke avautui itään ja mahdollisti auringonnousun näkemisen. Aivan kerrostalon vieressä meni kuusikaistainen vilkasliikenteinen katu, jonka äänet eivät juuri kuuluneet sisälle. Huoneisto oli hienosti uusittu ja hyvin siisti. Sänky oli kahdelle kapeahko. Keittiön varustelussa oli hieman puutteita. Se, etten antanut viittä tähteä, johtuu muutamista seikoista, joista olen informoinut yritystä ja jotka on helposti korjattavissa.”

“Ruhige und gute Lage für Ausflüge ins Umland. Zum Strand und Restaurants ca. 1 km bergab und anschließend wieder bergauf plus 44 Stufen! (nichts für gehbehinderte). Gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lazaros Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie war sauber, für die Kinder gab es ein separates Zimmer und der Meerblick mit eigenem Ausgang. Direkt zum Strand war grandios. Die Kommunikation und das Ckeck-In mit dem Gastgeber liefen ganz wunderbar, er war zeitlich für uns flexibel und hat uns auch sonst ein paar gute Tipps gegeben. Für Menschen, die kein Spanisch sprechen, ist allerdings ein Handy mit Übersetzungs-App nötig.”

“Spacious apartment. Lovely stay. Few things missing that would have been useful - a can opener, ironing board (there is an iron and washing machine), tea towel for drying up ( but there is kitchen paper), ice cube maker( we used a plastic egg box instead) and TV screen kept flashing which could do with fixing(but we had our own films on laptop so didnt need it). Will be looking at booking City Hotels in Barcelona.”

“L'appartement est bien pour 2 mais toutes les ouvertures donnent sur une cour intérieure et nous sommes au RDC... Beaucoup de pigeons s'installent. Travaux ds la rue,moche mais pas gênant au niveau du bruit... appartement au calme. Bien situé,près de la Plaza de la Merced, restaurants et supermarché à côté. Centre ville a 2 mn et plage 15 mn. Communication chek in and out parfait. ”

“Prima appartement, ruim opgezet en van alles ruim voorzien. Alleen jammer dat je de sleutel 4 km verderop moet ophalen. Verder in rustige straat gelegen dichtbij ov en het strand (ongeveer 10 minuten lopen) Centrum oude stad is makkelijk met ov te bereiken of te lopen langs de boulevard langs het strand.( 45 minuten lopen) Goed te doen. ”
