"I enjoyed my room and service the hotel staff provided. I did not like that I stayed on the 7th floor and the elevator was Brocken. The one positive to this is that it showed me how out of shape I have become and I am now on my journey to being healthy. So in a weird sort of way I am thankful that ..."

My friend who shared the room with me ( nearly 70 years old) was asked to wait in the outdoor foyer area (40 degree day) until I arrived- because the booking was in my name!
