“Not worth the price - shower left water everywhere and started to stink. Holes and scratches in walls. Difficult to get into.”

The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival. Also, travel information provided.”

“This is my 2nd time staying at Fabulous Mutiara Ville, but different unit and block. What I like about this home is clean and tidy. They've kitchen and iron too. If they've hair dryer, that'll be perfect.”

“我抵達酒店沒有櫃台 沒人接待 經警衛人员連繋後等了30分鐘後 跑过来的是一个黑人 告訴我説我訂的房間已経没有了 我説已経訂完了也已付款了為何？他也無法解答？硬要我住其它酒店并另硬要问我收錢馬幣650令吉 是何理由？這僡播上網出去誰敢預訂H. C 的酒店？請回答！”

“On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop……

“Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change……

“Amazing stay with good night sleep”

“The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe.”

“全体的に清潔感がない。 シーツにはシミがあるし、埃がひどすぎる。 二度と泊まりたくない。”

“房間殘破、污穢不堪。床單毛巾污穢不堪。水煲底部焦黑、吹風機壞掉不能使用，幸好有得更換。冰箱內有垃圾，沒有清潔。床底螞蟻橫行。浴室漏水。”

“この金額で屋上のジムプールが使えるのはなかなかコスパが良い。清掃等はかなりレベルが低いので、気になる方はやめておいた方が良いかと。”
