"Wow wow wow, we absolutely loved this little find, 'The Stable' is a beautiful place to stay, the surroundings are stunning, the accomodation is clean, beautifully furnished, excellently equipped and the host was lovely. The road leading up to the property is a bit of a bumpy one with a few potholes but the hosts prepare you for that in the well informed directions to the property. "A lovely, welcoming property, which was perfect for a catch up, with ample beds, towels and bedding, enough utensils for cooking a quick meal before relaxing with drinks on the patio, in the hot tub, in the airy living space or all of the above! "Perfect for exploring Chester on foot and close to the station. Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. "It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

Great place to stay.
"Great stay with the family. The kids loved the pool and had a room of their own room which really helped in the evening. We all had a really good sleep and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfectly located for our needs. The room decor was a little tired and the basin tap had seen better days, but overall the room was clean and bright and comfortable with not musty smells."
