“Beautiful boutique hotel that keeps its historic charm. Large room, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you have a hard time with stairs, make sure you book a first floor room are no elevators. Restaurant was very good and super convenient. Washington square is steps away and you can walk to many attractions.”

“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“Beautiful and welcoming. The entire property is managed with care and the hosts are lovely. The craftsmanship of the wood and tile in the house were artful and the decor showed a lifetime of travel. We really felt like guests, not customers. ”

“The property was in very nice condition, well kept grounds even in winter. Updated decor felt airy and fresh. Our room (springhouse 3) was comfortable and clean, pretty views from the balcony, fireplace was great to have on the 2 nights we stayed in mid february. I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. Dining room could also use a nice area……

“Beautiful and clean”

“Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood……

“Our group of four stayed here for our alumni class reunion. The pricing was much better than hotels for the weekend and it was great to be able to stay together as a group. The check-in process was so easy, and there are plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and things for a comfortable stay. I appreciated that the bathroom was stocked with a hair dryer and body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There are also a lot of comfortable chairs around the place. The 70s decor is kitschy in the best way……

“You need to share toilet with others, we are happy to meet a nice toilet-mate. Location is pretty good which is near to the supermarket, self-served laundry shop. There are nice food in walking distance. It is a good choice which fulfill my basic needs for the stay.”

Their home as well as the setting is very peaceful and relaxing but in close proximity to all area attractions. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. “The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged……
