"The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

"We had a great time at this beautiful apartment and the layout worked well for both group time and privacy for a few different families looking to spend the weekend together. The apartment is pretty noisy (seemed like poor insulation above and below exposed us to neighbors who were on a very different schedule), but other than that we loved every aspect."

"Upon arrival, the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy. Thankfully, the unit itself wasn't as bad; and it had really good security so we never had an issue. It was nicely furnished; albeit, not the best quality, except for the beds. Those were very comfortable, barring the plastic bed big covers that made you sweat like you were wrapped in a sauna suit. No AC... It's only seasonal, which the listing doesn't mention. Granted, they should be ad they would put one in... On out last day... Lol....

"Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours."

Only 1 wash towel, had to beg for additional towels, no bath soap, bathroom door did not close, notified owner but no fix. Coffee maker on last leg. We have rented many homes and have never been disappointed so this is the first."

I called at 3 pm when I still had not received the code and was told they were having trouble with the code because it was a new property. I did receive the code before the 4 pm check-in time but was not feeling confident that I would. 2) We arrived home late the first evening to realize the property had only one roll of toilet paper for the 3 bathrooms. "So....the parking was a little rough, however, the owner was very upfront about the parking so we knew what to expect. The neighborhood was amazing....we could pretty much get anything we wanted within 5 blocks. Stairs....again rough...but again the owners were very upfront. So if you read the whole post you totally know what to expect. Only 2 things I'd offer for advise....we had a little one with us and we would have liked a lock on the top of inside of front and back door. Wifi was a little...
