“This was our 3rd stay at this perfect home. The location is ideal.The property has the most beautiful landscaping that gives it a very secluded feel. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the screened porch at night. We kayaked, took bike rides and just appreciated our surroundings. Phil and Linda are wonderful and caring hosts. They are always available if needed. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We look forward to returning next year!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were 13 of us who stayed here. The house worked perfect for us. Our favorite room was the screened in porch in the evenings. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. Already booked for next year!”

We found the house and property to be very clean, charmingly decorated and well provisioned with everything we needed to settle right in. We needed to contact Cecilia with a few minor concerns and questions, and she was prompt with replies and dealt immediately and courteously with everything. “We arrived and the house was very clean and it was easy to get in. The gift basket was a very nice thought, but would've been better if the items were not all expired. All amenities functioned well and easy to use. Loved the big kitchen with all the sitting space we could all sit around and cook and hang out. Loved the patio with the outdoor kitchen. Having en suit bathrooms was amazing. My only complaint was the tile on the outdoor stairs, we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom as there is……

“We stayed with 3 children, 4 adults and 2 grandparents. House was comfortable hosting everyone; with lots to entertainment provided from the kayaks, pool table, fishing and Oceanside pool. Just minimal issues: We were only provided 3 dish pods and 3 laundry detergents, which I felt was low compared to other houses we have rented, especially for our party size and the 7 day rental. We also did have an issue with the microwave breaking on our 3rd day and communication could have been better from……

“Everything about the condo and complex are lovely. My visit was the week after spring break ended and there were times when it felt as though we were the only ones in the building. I will say if you are going there to swim in the ocean, that is the only drawback to the property. The water was beautiful to look at but not to swim. However, after going to public beaches on Marathon and Key West, it seems that might just be par for the course.”
