“No code for check in was sent. we had to ask another guest for a number to contact the property manager as the number given through the website says it's disconnected. Eventually we were able to retrieve keys at nearly 3pm. The driveway upto the property is dirt and in extremely bad condition, not suitable for small hire cars! This was not stated on website! “Highview is a quiet property but still close to the center. The kitchen has everything you could possibly wish for and my family and me very much enjoyed staying there. “Impressive attention to detail in every corner of this beautiful home. We loved our stay nesled amongst the coffee plantation. The house itself is so large that everyone had their own space and the kids loved the outdoor play equipment. "We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment "
