“I reserved this cottage for a fishing tournament. I and my tournament partner both had last-minute crises that kept us from using our reservation. His was personal and mine was medical. So my ratings for the cottage are based on photos and communication with the manager. It is the latter that made me write this review. Courtney’s communication was excellent and she was so gracious about our fiasco. I will try again for my next tournament at Fishers Landing, on Martinez Lake.”

“Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. The back deck area is lovely and well-furnished, everything worked well, the furnishings, decorations and amenities were excellent (very comfy bed in the master bedroom!) and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only (minor) downside was the absence of a dishwasher, but that didn't……
