“Great hotel room. Only issue is that you have to request a mini fridge since the one that they have is preloaded and has sensors. If you touch anything, it charges your room automatically. If you have your own drinks or leftover food, you can put it in there.”

“It's comfortable but the check in and check out process experience is the worst I had ever stayed before. They can't find my booking record and explain it's hotel.com's fault. We spent a lot of time to confirm the booking record. And then, after I checked out, I found they charged me additional fee $2700 but I don't know why. When I would like to ask them why the fee happened, I received the refund message from my credit card bank. I am not an american, so the credit card bank would charge me……

“Everything was great except the included breakfast. The eggs and potatoes were cold, no healthy options offered, such as yogurt, fruit, or oatmeal. The employee tending the breakfast area started putting things away before the ending time and was very rude to a woman who arrived 5 minutes before the end of breakfast, unplugging the waffle iron that she was using and scolding her about the time. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. ”
