“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Clear Lake for a concert at the Surf! The location was spot on for us to be able to walk to dinner, drinks and the show. The one thing to note is the loft is directly above Elly's bar (It does say so in the description), however anticipate noise until bar close.”

It would be a perfect location for most as it is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The house is clean and modern, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. “ We were met that evening by a sweet older lady who welcomed us kindly and was able to get us checked in (having had a reservation) in no time at all. A comfy smaller room. We had reserved a single queen size bed, but it was a full size, but we slept well and close together like we did when we were first married 40 years ago LOL The next morning breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. We got to sleep till about 9:00 because checkout isn't until noon (we really liked that) As we stepped……

“Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?”
