“My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays and the holidays. We have always wanted to see Manhattan at Christmastime and this place was a perfect spot to see everything and do everything we wanted to do. We would wake up and have a delicious breakfast, which is provided, and head out for the day. We were able to walk everywhere. we walked to Central Park, shopping, Rockefeller Plaza, Broadway, and it's right next to Carnagie Hall, so we were able to see Amy Grant's Christmas Show. Our room……

“The studio is spacious and luxurious with everything you could need. Pristine condition. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location close to Fifth Ave, Central Park, MOMA, excellent restaurants. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Loved soaking up the atmosphere a the famous King Cole Bar on the premises. Would definitely stay again.”

“Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!”

“I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds……

“Nothing the pictures are deceiving. The beds were hard bathroom light wouldn't turn off and the other guest were loud and fought the first night we didn't get an hour's rest”

“오래된 하우스였지만 침구도 깨끗하고 편했어요 오래된 나무 집이라 마루가 삐걱거리는 소음은 있었지만 큰 방해는 안됐어요 위치도 뉴왁 펜 스태이션과 가까워 nj transit 이나 path 를 타고 맨해튼에 쉽게 갈수 있었어요 20분 정도 열차를 타면 됩니다 ”

“I never stayed when I arrived at the place it was people who do drugs on the balcony and smoking drugs! I called the owner no response I text the owner no response! I called hotel.com that did nothing about it! I had to find another place in 30 minutes to stay at! ”

“Pésima experiencia, favor de no cometer el error de hospedarse aquí, el lugar sumamente sucio, pésima ubicación, inseguro, 2 veces encontré gente drogándose en la entrada y Expedia no me resolvió el problema, simplemente dijeron que no había devolución de dinero por políticas. Pero es un lugar poco confiable NO RECOMENDABLE, RUIDOSO.”
