“The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!”

The big front porch is a great place to hang out, and there is a direct access to the beach right across the street, with a little peek of the bay. PAAM and Angel Foods are right there, too. “This is a stunning condo, the view is outstanding-each morning, with the change in tides and light levels, it looks totally different. The location is perfect-amazing to be right in the centre of P'town, but still have a bay view. The unit is very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Keith, the host, is very responsive and helpful, he's the perfect host. The only down side of our stay was having to leave. This is a gem of a property.”

“The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean……

“We could not have chosen a better location in the city or a nicer place to stay. The property was exactly as shown in the listing; a lovely one-bedroom condo with a very nice kitchen; a spacious shower and wonderful bath. We had interesting views of Beacon Street from our living room windows and a large and comfortable bedroom. The Green Line “T” ran right down the street and we used it often. We were able to walk to and from Fenway Park and many local restaurants. We would definitely recommend……

“The condo is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It requires walking up three flights of stairs, but my wife and I had no problem even though we are in our late 60s. There was a grocery store and liquor store a few blocks away, and the subway is just a 10 minute walk. I do recommend using Uber, which I found quite affordable. Our host Gary was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great visit! The neighborhood was very nice.”
