She stocked the apartment with extra items like coffee and oatmeal in the kitchen, and toothpaste in the bathroom. These are items that you don’t find in other VRBOs. I appreciated being able to park my rental car on the driveway. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. And she gave the best restaurant suggestions! I enjoyed my stay.”

“Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close).”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s a basement, but doesn’t really feel like it and it gets sunlight through the windows. It was really clean, plenty of dishes and silverware for the three of us. The bathroom was the best part. Very spacious with a fantastic shower. If we need a place to stay on our frequent visits to Long Island, we will stay at this great apartment.”

“This property is centrally located on Long Island, which is what we were looking for. Easy to get to all highways. Minutes from the train station. Perfect for business trips. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and on the corner is a place with good pizza for take out, but the staff there is blah. Anyway, the beds at this property are comfy. Loft bedroom is quiet, and has a kick @$$ AC vent to cool the room down quickly. Rocky (the host with the most) was the best. Available 24/7. Oh, be sure to……
