“We had an amazing stay at Casa Diva. From the initial communication before check-in to the farewell in the Lobby, the time at this hotel was superb. Eleonara was so accomodating. We were allowed to check-in early which is not so easy for them to do since they are off-site due to the location. But Eleonara was available at all times by phone for whatever needs we had.
