“Furnitures are old with many stretches. Comfortable bed and nice sleep, but found a cockroach in bathroom.”

“Great property, facilities and supplies were very good. Our main issue was the bunk beds do not have much head height on the lower bunk, and we could not use the top bunks for the kids as the safety rails only just reached the top of the mattress and they would fall out if rolled in the night. Otherwise very happy with the cabin and hosts.”

“Host did not greet us or leave milk for tea & coffee. Host 2 dogs were the only friendly ones at the property although first night they barked all night and one was very thin and was looking for food. No firepit, which we were looking forward to at night. Outlook was disappointing as main view was looking at old shed and old machinery and timber lying around. No WiFi and poor TV reception. We would not return 😒”

“Wonderful petite cottage just right for a lovely relaxing escape. Our fur baby loved it the most I think taking full advantage of the safe expansive gardens and the toasty warm nights in front of the roaring log fire. Highly recommended”

“The property was perfectly warm & comfortable for my husband, my granddaughter and myself. Paper towel & tissues wld be a good addition. The wifi password being available instead of having to contact the host. Greater care cld be taken with cleaning behind furniture etc. but all up a very comfortable & enjoyable stay. ”

Sweeping views of the hills, cosy fireplace with plenty of fire wood, plenty of space, lovely cottage garden and lawn, great location, friendly and kind hosts who were very responsive, and a very friendly sheep called Flossy! “There were 7 of us staying to attend a wedding and we all had a great time. Beds were comfortable and plenty of warm blankets. Wood provided for the fires - which was needed as it was a cold in the evenings. Sunday morning the ladies sat out on the veranda with morning coffee/tea whilst the men slept in. Kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views and surrounding property. Only downfall is not really 2 bathrooms - 2 showers, (1 in the bath & one stand alone) one toilet inside and another outside……

“This property was overall amazing! I shared the experience with 4 kids and my daughter and her husband. They all loved it so much with good access to bedrooms and the bathrooms. Obviously been a bit older than the young kids legs some of the steps were very big and steep but got down in the end. Thanks so much for the stay”
