“Nice place”

“It was overall good but our bed has springs poking out of the mattress. The restaurants breakfast was good but the lunch and dinner even with happy hour was overpriced. ”

“We were there for a weeklong visit to the Mayo Clinic. Therefore, we wanted something with options to cook some of own meals. Hyatt House fulfilled this need. Although the refrigerator is a bit small, it served its purpose. Equipment for cooking was a bit under supplied, but we made do. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay: wonderful staff, complimentary breakfast (mediocre), covered parking, and close to the Mayo Clinic! Will stay there again!”

“Room not cleaned or replenished with towels without request. Maids do not speak English and did not know what we were asking for.”

“So much space to store things, I would have no problem putting all my stuff in the drawers provided and staying for a week. The full kitchen makes it easy to refrigerate, reheat, or prepare food and the dishwasher keeps the kitchen from getting too cluttered. I would actively seek out the Home2 Suites in the future because of how easy they made our stay.”

“Stay was very convenient from the mayo civic center. Parking was easier than anticipated. Room cleanliness was average and coffee pot did work as it should. Rooms were big which was nice. ”

“My stay was just fine. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no automated sliding front door. Kind of a pain in the butt. ”
