“Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Room clean, spacious and with everything needed for overnight stay. Booked an accessible room that had a wet room - the shower drain blocked causing water to make most of the bathroom floor wet, but maintenance were sent straight away and they were able to resolve this. Main bed was comfy but very creaky with any slight move. Sofa bed mattress wasn’t great but our daughter coped for 1 night. Had food in the hotel - service was so slow but the food was……
