“My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. Otherwise the house is spacious and well kept”

“This house was perfect for an extended family event. Lots of indoor and outdoor space, huge kitchen and dining room and two living room spaces. Also a screened in porch with a table. Everyone had a place to be without being on top of each other. The location is very convenient — five minute drive to groceries and other stores. We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse, so it was a bit of a drive for that, but not difficult and took about 45 min. Would definitely recommend for……

“The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated……

“Christine is an amazing host. A party of 17 of us visited the house in May 2024, and it was perfect for us. House was very clean, spacious, with lots of extra towels and bedding, A/C, fans, nicely equipped kitchen, gorgeous backyard with lots of space for kids to play, scenic beach access, etc. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend the place and can't wait to visit again.”

“These cabins are perfect for a long weekend stay. They are very clean and comfortable! Everything you would need is there. The owner lives across the street and came over to great us while he was mowing the lawn. He gave us a tour of the property! You will have access to the lake and a large pavilion if you can walk down the many stairs to the lake. The fire pit is huge with lots of chairs. There was lots of wood, paper and matches to get it going.”

“Three couples scheduled a weekend to catch up, and enjoy the wine and chocolate event on the Seneca Lake wine trail. Two of us had stayed here before, and we were pleased, but not surprised, to have the same wonderful experience as last time. The cabin is very clean, has everything you need for cooking, ans is perfect for just relaxing and catching up. Cayuga Lake cabins will always be our first choice when staying in the Finger Lakes.”

“Everything was very easy. When I rented I didn’t realize the two twin beds were two rollaways but we made it work. All three of us slept in the main room where the bed was located… more like a studio rental. Great location and easy to get back and forth from the dance competition we were attending at the local Holoday Inn.”
