“The property is beautiful and offers two separate living spaces who h was very helpful in our case. The quiet town felt very safe and gave convenient access to stores and restaurants. The pool was lovely and the ocean was a short ride (or long walk) away. We did have some issues with power going out periodically and a plumbing failure (and flooding) during a heavy overnight rain storm. The host was extremely responsive in both cases which was much appreciated. I think the plumbing and electric……

“Pictures do not do this property justice. It was stunning. Communication with the owner was great. We arrived to the caretakers greeting us with smiles and coconuts. The home was immaculate. The beach was quiet and the sunset was beautiful. The neighborhood dogs came to visit and my children enjoyed this very much. We were missing our dogs at home. The caretakers of this home made our stay so much better. They were kind and came to get us when a family of monkeys were playing. We fed them fresh……

“For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little……

“The location is fantastic. The property is amazing and beautiful. We were well taken care of by security and housekeeping which are there ALL the time. There was a slight communication issue, but that is on us not speaking Spanish. Google translate works wonders. The room air conditioners truly work. “Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.”

“This was a spacious property to accommodate a girls trip. The property is beautiful and gives you beach access directly across the street. The water was hot and the pool clean. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. Miro mountain is near the house with a beautiful overlook especially at sunset. The house could stand a good spring cleaning but the caretaker is available for any issues (we didn’t have any). ”
