“The property is a fairly new build. Plenty of room and close to downtown Dallas. The only downside would be that its near a busy intersection and theres a bus stop in front. I would definitely stay here again.”

When we arrived after check in time cleaning man was just finishing up from previous occupant and was running a little behind. But he only had about 5 more minutes left and was very polite and pleasant. Will seek to stay here again for more events in Dallas as they come up. Would recommend.”

“This property was just what our family needed. Close to everything! The host had everything stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Just steps away from the Katy Trail, so we had fun walks every day.”

It seems to me this should have been done prior to our arrival, rather than after we had to request it. “There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”
